For Okta users, we provide an Okta-verified integration which can be used by following the steps below:
In Okta, go to Applications → Browse App Catalog, and search and add CytoTronics Pixel Pro.
Assign the users or groups that should be able to log into CytoTronics Pixel Pro.
In Okta, go to the CytoTronics Pixel Pro application that you added in step 1 and select Sign On → Sign on methods → SAML 2.0 → Metadata details. Copy the Metadata URL.
Email CustomerSupport@cytotronics.com to request that SAML SSO be enabled for your organization. Be sure to include the following details:
The Metadata URL that you copied in the previous step
For each user that you granted access to the CytoTronics Pixel Pro application in step 2, provide the user’s Full Name and Email address.
